not what advertised

It was not as advertised. It is not in trendy part of town and you cannot walk to restaurants or local spots. items were broken, the owner did communicate with us, however being told previous guest broke things, they should be fixed before renting again. areas were not clean & with a charge for cleaning service, they should verify it was done. The owner did communicate quickly with us so that was a plus.

Great location

The location was the best! Easy drive to Paycom Center to watch the Thunder play. Bathrooms were old and master shower leaked and caused the floor to be wet by the tub. Towels and bedding were good. It was fine for a 1 night stay.

Need to Know before booking

Before you book this property, you need to know that there are 4 sets of steep, narrow stairs BEFORE you get to the apartment. There are also many cracked tiles which make walking unstable. Then, there are many more stairs inside! To get to the bedrooms, you must climb lots of stairs. The cleanliness looked ok until you really looked. After bathing, I was walking around with bare feet. My feet were black. The coffee pot had coffee and grounds left in it. There were no coffee cups. There were no towels in the downstairs bath. This meant we had to go back up the numerous stairs one more time. When one person turns on a light, because of the way the bedrooms are laid out, everyone gets light! The ceiling fan in the loft made the sound of an emergency vehicle all night! The person in the loft could have turned it off, except the switch for it was in a downstairs bedroom. Being that I was the youngest person there and I'm 66, we left after the first night. The older ladies couldn't maneuver the stairs. I had had to carry one of their bags and mine too up and down all these stairs. I relooked and never saw where it said that there were so many steps. The host wouldn't give us any of our money back, even though our leaving was something we couldn't help. Had we known about the stairs, we would have never, never reserved this. They did offer to help us move to another of their locations, but we only got this notification after we'd already booked with another VRBO
