About this property

We are ecstatic to share "A Winner Game Ready" condominium with y’all. We are an easy two-block walk to Bryant-Denny Stadium and an easy walk to The Strip restaurants and bars and the historic Downtown Tuscaloosa. Spacious, light and bright, artistically curated, and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the excitement of Tuscaloosa.

Our full-time local house manager is located in Tuscaloosa and will help you with any additional requests. If you insist on staying an additional night to enjoy the city when it's a little less rowdy, we will be happy to offer those to you at a significantly discounted rate.

Our building is uniquely teched out with integrated speakers, blinds, and lighting. You can control it from your phone or the iPad in the unit. You will also be able to hear the game approximately eight seconds before LIVE tv! Sing along to Dixieland Delight like you're right there in the stands!

We have lower fees than our friends' condos nearby and a much more cozy feel with the historic district next door and the gorgeous pre-Civil War Evergreen cemetery. Get your after-the-game breakfast with Rama Jama's diner or the famous Waysider. We are an easy walk to Tutweiller Hall too!

Come on in and enjoy Tuscaloosa! Our condo is a modern charmer! We have released this lovely unit to the short-term rental pool in hopes of luring more people to come and see the thriving livelihood of a big SEC university with all its southern charm. Enjoy a trip to Tuscaloosa to scout the school with your prospective student, have a great weekend with your UofA daughter or son, or just come to enjoy a small town with a big University presence, food, nightlife, and remember what it was like to be in your early 20's. We just love it and hope you will too!

Why they chose this property

We loved the building's technology, bright natural light from three sides instead of just one side like in many other low-rise buildings. We love the location with a neighborhood vibe, next to a church vibe, next to the busiest gas station in Tuscaloosa (not verified, but seems like it).
