Apartamento Toninhas

Ótimo apartamento, porém falta manutenção. Fechaduras das portas internas não funcionam. Ar condicionado do primeiro quarto e da sala não funcionam. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Colchões sujos e com capas rasgadas. O colchão de um dos quartos estava com muito bolor.

Péssimo. Para começar não fomos instruídos da autorização de entrada e muito menos do custo com as pulseiras de identificação, onde entrei em contato com o anfitrião e o mesmo solicitou contato com seu “advogado” para conseguirmos entrar no apartamento, onde a decepção foi grande…geladeira não estava funcionando e 2 dos 4 ar condicionados não funcionaram até o último dia da estadia. No anúncio diz “cozinha completa” , completamente desfalcada, forno e fogão lentos, faltando itens de cozinha como: tábua de carnes, portas dos quartos e banheiros todas “estouradas”…não trancam…falta de limpeza pesada…em relação a geladeira foi resolvido no dia seguinte, porém sobre os 2 ar condicionado não funcionarem, estou aguardando a posição do anfitrião e do “advogado” que não me responderam mais a partir da solicitação de reembolso por não cumprir o que está no anúncio..

Apartamento top... muito bem localizado. Com uma vista maravilhosa. Ampla área de lazer. O único ponto negativo, fica por conta da manutenção e limpeza do ar condicionado.
