One bed cabin with two pullout couch sleeper beds. Fishing on trout stream is 50 feet away. Owner has 1800 feet of owned river frontage. Very good for trout fishing and sandy bottom for swimming. The property has a private 20 by 50 foot beach with steps to the river. Town is one mile away with 3 bars with restaurants and dollar general for supplies. Clean porta john toilet and enclosed cedar shower with lock. Outside sidewalk from door to door.. River area is very private and secluded. Gate can be lock for entire are for total privacy if wanted. Fish for trout and watch the eagles on the river. Firewood for fire is provided for guests. Crystal Cave and Vino in the valley minutes away. Lots of clear star viewing at night.
