Newly restored 1 or 2 bedroom home sitting on the Old Catawba River. Beautiful hardwood floors, new stern & foster Mattresses and Matock linens. This is a perfect spot between Marion & Morganton. Within 1 mile of Lake James which is a fresh water feed lake, close to Asheville, Black Mountain or Linville. Awesome winery's, too!

This home has high speed internet and cable.

The Old Catawba is so fresh and clean. Awesome place to swim or kayak.
