Disappointing

-None of the keys worked on any exterior door. We had to obtain the garage code to enter the house. -Outside area not maintained. Grass and weeds were tall. There was trash and debris in the yard and we had to keep our dog on a leash and walk him in the front to avoid the trash. -The tank on the hall bathroom toilet had been leaking and there was water on the floor. We could not use that bathroom. -The floor in the kitchen had many dirty footprints. There was a sticky film on all of the floors as though too much cleaning solution was used. We had to purchase supplies to mop the floor. That removed most of the footprints, but not the film. -The baseboards and walls were dirty.

Smell, TV, Bedding

The house had an awful order of sewage or old trash. We messaged the owner and they said they went by and they did not smell anything. Of course we were not there when that happened. Went back to house and the odor literally hits you at the door. we used a bottle of Lysol and Febreze spray. Could not get the one TV to work with the code and could not connect to the wifi. I do respect them putting plastic on all the mattresses but it makes for an uncomfortable night when everyone is sweating in their sleep.
