About this property

New 1800 square foot modern ocean front 2 bedroom condo fully furnished. Enjoy multiple pools and swim up restaurant bars. This luxurious condo has a 16' X 30' Patio for your enjoyment and entertainment. sleeps 6 with two queen beds in the large spare bed room. Master room you can enjoy the jacuzzi tub or the dual head shower or watch movie on the 65 inch tv. The fully furnished living room has a modern leather couch and 75 inch 4K tv W/Cable. Enjoy the Bluetooth sound bar for your movies or to enjoy music. Restaurant and coffee shop on site. This location has a 18 hole golf course on site. Very Short drive to Wrecked at the reef or Banditos. I prefer a bottle of wine on the patio enjoying friends and family while watching the sunset and then the night sky while watching the shrimp boats off in the distance. We have an amazing beach for your enjoyment. Jet skis, banana boats, parasailing or boat rides. - Additional info. Barcelona building is a completed building in phase 3 and is the first of 5 buildings. Remodeling is going on in several condos within Barcelona. The common area for the Barcelona building is completed. It includes a swim up bar and two hot tubs with several cabanas. You will also have access to phase one and two pools, restaurants and bars. This condo is on the second floor use South stairwell. If you need elevator access they are located in the center of the building and one is lined to protect the elevator for remodeling and move in. The city of Penasco is having intermittent water pumping issues. For the past 5 days we have had no issues. 10/18 through 10/22 (We hope this is resolved).

Beautiful property

This condo was gorgeous, large and overall a great experience for our family. Some things to note...the phase 3 building are currently under construction. There was construction everywhere and at first we thought we went to the wrong building. There is no check in per se. We had to go to the sales office to get paper bracelets to use the pool (they didnt have the plastic laminated ones available yet), they also did not have parking passes, which made getting in interesting a few times. They also stated we could not bring guests to the pool or room, which was alittlw disappointing as we wanted to show off the condo. Even though we had a few "issues" we had a great stay and will definitely be staying at this property in the future.
