The Space:
Remodeled in 2018 both inside and out, no expense has been spared with this home.

We offer to heat the pool to 87 degrees for an extra charge of $75 per night. Pool heat is optional and a second payment can be made at anytime; it is not required at the time of booking the reservation, but will take about 24 hours to heat. If pool heat is wanted it will have to be heated your entire stay for 3 - 4 Night stays(For longer stays we offer a discount).

Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need for cooking! We even have an Instant Pot for you to use!

Our High-Efficiency laundry machines are also free to use with detergent on hand.

Our backyard space, just refinished with synthetic grass and travertine, features a beautiful pool with brand new mini pebble coating.

Pets may be allowed ONLY WITH prior approval from the host, a fee will apply. Please pick up after your pets! If pet messes are left behind, there will be additional cleaning fees charged to the guest.

City of Scottsdale Required Compliance Reads:
"All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children)"
