This RV is a 5th wheel and has the main bed and 2 queen beds that are in the toy hauler area. The beds are raised to ceiling unless needed. Otherwise, more space for your needs. Its fully equipped with kitchen, bath and linens. Has a nice size refrigerator and cabinets. Has a booth table that makes into another bed. Two access doors with a small porch addition. Very quiet area and cannot see the , neighbors. Its off the main road by a lake and river close by. Private parking. No pets. Durango Co is 30 minutes. Aztec, 20 minutes. Groceries and sights are nearby. This RV sits next to our shop area. Full utilities. Outside lights. Rents nicely for four, but can be expanded. You never know, we may have a pit fire at night!
