Quiet, clean, beautiful!

Loved my time at Matt's place. He was very communicative and had great attention to detail (left instructions, complimentary bowl of candy, plenty of toiletries/towels, etc.). Everything in and around the house was pristine and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Matt's place!

Great Location But …

The property is well located and in a quiet area. Our only complaint is the cleanliness which is pretty much a deal breaker and colours the overall experience poorly. The bathrooms were atrocious (our friend had to clean the main bath toilet before using it). The kitchen microwave, stove and dishes were unusable. It is very disappointing as the listing has a lot of potential.
