Not far from bathhouse row.
We had a very comfortable stay in this cute unit. You share a laundry room with the next-door unit. We didn't have a neighbor during this stay, so I don't know what that would be like. There is just a tiny lock that separates you from that; I would prefer the lock to feel more substantial. Other than that, it's an adorable unit on a quiet street with an easy walk to Bathhouse Row. The host has taken care of providing amenities you might forget, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and some light snacks. They also provide some great recommendations for local foods and activities. Some places charge you a hefty cleaning fee but expect you to do all the cleaning; they don't do that here! They don't have a ridiculous rules list. The kitchen is also well-appointed to make you feel more at home if you want to eat in it. I would stay here again. I stayed with my husband and teen daughter.

Downtown Hot Springs
Thus was my first VRBO. I found this unkt to be much cleaner than a hotel and also in a much better location, with parking for my F250. The room is comfortable and the bathroom was super clean with extra essentials you may forget. This is a terrific unit. Thanks so much. My wife hates hotels now. 😆

Lots of pros with a couple serious cons...
I stayed with this property management company in 2022 and had a good experience, so I was looking forward to trying this newly opened duplex. Pros: extremely clean and a charming and comfortable interior. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and the neighborhood is just fine. Easy distance to trails and downtown, so very walkable. Off-street parking spot a plus for smaller cars. Cons: contacted day of my arrival that yearly maintenance would be done the next morning, which necessitated me changing my plans for a first day of much needed R&R. Still, liked it so much I asked to stay another night and they were booked, which ended up being lucky for me. On my last night there I finally got neighbors in the adjoining unit. At 2:30 AM I could hear/feel every step, their conversation, them brushing their teeth and using the bathroom. They weren't being particularly quiet, but there is also apparently no insulation between the adjoining wall that runs the entire length of the units. If that doesn't bother you, fine. (Just remember they can also hear you.) I did reach out and requested a refund for my last night's stay given this situation and after 48 hours have yet to hear back, so also keep that in mind should problems arise.
