Steps to the Beach with Tropical Fenced Yard + Pool and Hot Tub and Beach Gear!

My home is located steps from the beach and on Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce. Upon entering my fully - fenced front yard, you will find a tropical oasis with a sparkling pool. There is also a dining space, hammock, and gas grill. You can access the home via the sunroom or the front door. On the first level of the home, there is spacious comfortable living area with a 70" Smart TV for streaming and an Xbox for gaming, large seating area, and mini bar area with mini fridge/sink. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom on the first level and a second room with a Single bed. here is a full bathroom downstairs

The main living space of the house is UPSTAIRS on the second level and features an open floor plan and tons of windows with natural light. The kitchen is full stocked for your to prepare meals in your home away from home. The dining table has room for 10-12. The upstairs living room has plenty of seating and a Smart TV for streaming and cable.

Down the hall from the open living space, there are 4 bedrooms. There are THREE bedrooms with Queen beds (+ full hallway bathroom) + the Master bedroom has a King bedroom, lots of windows over looking the pool area, and private attached bathroom.

**This is my home where I raised my four water-sport-loving children and many special, love-and-laughter filled memories have been made here.
***To prepare for hosting guests, I have de-cluttered the home, deep cleaned, and purchased all new linens exclusively for guest use.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (6 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms - SLEEPS 11):

-Downstairs Queen Bedroom: access to hallway bathroom (sleeps 2)
-Downstairs Twin Bedroom: access to hallway bathroom (sleeps 1)
-Upstairs Master Bedroom: King Bed, private bathroom (sleeps 2)
-Upstairs Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, access to hallway bathroom (sleeps 2)
-Upstairs Bedroom #3: Queen Bed, access to hallway bathroom (sleeps 2)
-Upstairs Bedroom #4: Queen Bed, access to hallway bathroom (sleeps 2)

AWESOME LOCATION!
-This home is located within a bike ride/short car ride to loads of dining, nightlife, and attractions.
-JAYCEE PARK is <0.7 miles away and has beaches with calm waters, stunning sunsets, boat docks, boat ramps, basketball, tennis & pickleball courts, and a HUGE, remodeled playground!
-West Palm Beach Airport = 1 hour away
-Orlando Airport = 2 hours away
-Disney World / Universal = 2 hours away
-Kennedy Space Center = 1.5 hours away (we see SpaceX and other launches all the time from the patio and beach!)

OWN A BOAT? Bring it! There is space in the driveway and a well maintained, public boat ramp + dock at Jaycee Park (0.7 miles away).

-PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND PRESENT DURING THE STAY.
-THIS IS MY HOME THAT'S IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD.
-NO PARTIES. NO LOUD MUSIC.
-UPON APPROVAL- DOGS (MAX 2) ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE KEEP THEM OUT OF THE POOL. EXTRA DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
