3BR BGC Uptown

Very close to Uptown Mall , Mitsukoshi BGC . The unit states that there is a washer and drier ( it was not working we found out later from the host . There was not an ad advance notice and it's availabilty was a factor in choosing the unit . The HOST says that they can refer us to an outside laundry service but never followed through of providing us the info . The unit also states a " maids quarters " which was locked and we were called 2x for them to come a d access the unit to get something from the locked room . Masters BR tub is good for baths but combersome for showers ( no enclosures ) you'll splash water everywhere . Overall. We enjoyed our stay in and around BGC . I did not allow The above snaffu to dampen our planned vacation . The HOST can do better in her response time to inquiries and concerns . She was fast in responding though when collecting the parking garage fee. The units pictured presentation on VRBO site was not as i expected ( the might have been staging photos from day 1 ) linens /sheets/ pillows had seen better days . The view fom the unit covered up again for this incidentAL observation . The bldg/lobby STAFF deserves a 5 STAR.
