Looking for a Contemporary home to spend endless relaxing moments with the family and friends? We have everything in one spot. This Solterra Resort home has all amenities one can imagine for a convenient and fun and relaxing time in Orlando. Location is also a plus, since its close to all parks, malls, supermarkets and restaurants. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is fully equipped and you will need nothing besides your luggage to start enjoying.

Large House / Great Location

We enjoyed a weeklong stay at this house during spring break for our son’s college baseball tournament. The house is spacious and in a great location, with gated entrance, near many amenities. Check-in was easy - the door code was emailed to me the week prior. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived, is tastefully decorated, and has comfortable furniture. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms for all. The kitchen is supplied with dishes/utensils/pots and pans for cooking meals, however I feel there could be more….it was very basic items and some were pretty worn. We paid to have the pool heated, which was very enjoyable. There are plenty of pool towels in the upstairs closet. Check-out process was extremely easy – only a few Owner requests (not a long to-do list like some VRBO’s) which was nice. This community takes parking very seriously. If you are parked in a non-parking spot, you will be towed! This house offers 2 spots in the driveway, and also a 2 car garage, so having that extra parking space is nice, because on street parking is limited and in demand. The neighborhood also has a community pool which includes a large pool, lazy river, large exercise room, and poolside bar/grill. There are usually activities at the pool during the day – water aerobics, kids hula hoop contest, etc. There is a small fee for entry to this pool but it is worth it. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would return.
