Kitchen is stocked with: plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, measuring cups, knives, cutting boards, toaster, microwave, crock pot, coffee pot and more.

The bathroom has adequate towels and a washer/dryer if for whatever reason you need to do laundry!

Couldn't believe the process we had to go thru to book this property. Normally with VRBO's we just check a box and we are booked. With this property we had to complete a 5-page Guest Agreement, due within 4 days. which we had to download, print and send back to them. plus send copy of driver's license. Never had to do this before with VRBO properties. They warned us that this was a basement apartment and that it could be noisy if people were renting the upstairs and it was rented. Could hear every step they took and water running every time it was used. Our shower had no shower curtain or rug in front of shower, which made it very slick. Worst part was the musty odor, dehumidifier and fan was running continuously. Served our needs, but we wouldn't recommend.
