About this property

Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo located 10 minutes from downtown Naples 5th Avenue and beaches. Fully furnished and equipped, ready for your winter getaway. Shopping center with supermarket and restaurants is within walking distance. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Please note that there is an HOA application that will be emailed to you along with a lease to sign. The lease is required by the HOA, they do not accept VRBO bookings. The lease will honor VRBO booking terms. You will be responsible for submitting an application and having it approved prior to arrival. The HOA fee of $200 is NOT included in the booking. HOA application fees may change without notice - owner or property manager are not responsibel for such changes.

We require a $500 per month REFUNDABLE deposit. Utilities are included in the lease - electric up to $125/month, water up to $100/month. If there are any overages, they will be deducted from the deposit (you should not go over your allowance)
