2nd Time as Great as the 1st!

This house was absolutely perfect for the 2nd year in a row. It is everything we need and want for our quick trip to St Louis for Christmas. It is perfect if you have dogs - fenced in back yard, quiet neighborhood. The sheets on the bed are amazing - I went home and bought the same ones. Super easy check-in/check-out process. We hope to stay here again next year!

Spotless Home

The home was very clean, however, the living room smelled like urine. We purchased Lysol and sprayed it on the rug hoping that it would help and it did not. Each time we left for the day and returned the smell was still strong. My aunt even decided to no longer stay there with me because of the smell. Also, the sink in the primary bathroom had a bad leak to the point where if I used it the water would even saturate the bedroom carpet. I notified the owner hoping that he would take care of the problem immediately to no avail. I had to stop using the sink because so much water was dripping on the floor. In my many years of using vacation home rentals I have never had to write a negative review. However, the urine smell and water all over the bathroom floor each time I used the sink was unacceptable.
