Stayed with our two young kids in late December /early January on their first trip to Paris. Located in the heart of the action so very easy to access high end shops and sights. High level of hospitality and communication, above and beyond ! Very kind owners who went out of way at each step. On New Year’s Eve, sent brother to help open locked jammed door that was stuck for 40 minutes at night with two children, right after new year’s celebrations. Brought extra towels and sheets for sofa bed that were missing. Came day after with a new extra key just in case as well. Checked on us frequently before and after stay, pointing out sights and places to see. Apartment itself clean and comfortable. Feels safe with electronic entry at main lobby but wish apartment doors were electronic. Great Washer in the unit, but no dryer and towel rack doesn’t work fast to dry clothes. Hot water can run out quickly if 4 showering guests so I suggest limit to 5 minute showers. Very minor issues as above all a very comfortable 5-star stay in Paris ! Incredibly grateful for their kindness and empathy !
