An exclusive experience characterized by an unforgettable sunsets on the main hill of Fiesole. The barn has been built in 14th century as part of a Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with plenty of opportunities to visit Florence and other major centers of interest in Tuscany. The barn is independent and equipped with all comforts. Complete kitchen, table for dining, sofa, double bed, full bathroom with shower, closets and washing machine with dryer. The property includes an exclusive outdoor area with terracotta and ancient stone flooring, a table for beautiful outdoor dining and 2 wooden sun beds. The garden area belonging to the house is surrounded by hedges (not fenced with a net) and borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house. Free private parking.

Why they chose this property

Florence can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.
Private parking daily fee in the city center will be around 15€.

We highly recommend you to come by car or rent one as it will allow you to easily visit also the surrounding.
Fiesole (a very nice town on top of a hill with an astonishing view on Florence) in just 5 minutes.
Siena and Pisa can be reached in about 1 hour.

Public transportation is really really limited (and on working days only) and the taxi from/to Florence will be around 50€ per ride.

What makes this property unique
