Super convenient location around Pasadena and downtown la. quiet and nice neighborhood. Me as a host, I am trying to set everything at high standard and the home is designed with my heart. Good and bad

Although we had booked one apartment, we were informed that an error was made and that booking could not be honored. So we had to accept another apartment. Location was wonderful and safe. We were a family of 4 adults. We only received three facecloths and 3 handtowels when checking in, When I asked for more (first ask was ignored) We still only received an additional 3 each. The couch was super uncomfortable

BEWARE - False Advertising

Unit listed is NOT a 3 bedroom 3 bath. It is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath (as officially listed on Redfin). Host not only lied about her unit, she has not responded to ANY of our calls or texts in regards to false advertising, uncleaned unit, not enough dishware/utensils for 6 guests, not enough parking spaces and hardly any hand and kitchen towels. Host completely ghosted us, making it even worse. We contacted VRBO to formerly file a complaint and get our refund. VRBO stated even THEY cannot reach the host after calling her for 3 days straight. My family and I vacation at rentals all the time, and have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a host who just disappears! Do not book if you want to get scammed!
