Within minutes of your stay, you'll be in Ingram's town center where you'll find all of the shopping and dining options you crave. Numerous parks are also nearby, so don't forget to pack your hiking shoes!

Back at your stay, you'll quickly fall in love with the hardwood finishes, naturally-lit living quarters, and overall rustic ambiance. Perfect for guests all of ages, the Axis Oaks Guadalupe River Compound has a treehouse and a children's room, adorned with a colorful color palette, bunk beds, a TV, and games.

Rest assured that you'll have all of the space you need with access to two separate well-equipped kitchens, numerous dining areas, and comfortable bedrooms. Gleaming vanities and tiled walk-in showers make up each of the bathrooms, and the separate washer/dryer ensures your adventure garb is always refreshed.

Under the trees, enjoy a picnic at one of the picnic tables, practice your barbecue skills on the gas grill, swim in the river, and gather around the firepit under the dazzling night sky.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
