The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen.

Floor-to-ceiling sliders in the living/dining area open to a beautifully appointed, and especially private pool and grassy backyard, surrounded by tall mature trees, making it perfect for entertaining or spending quality time with loved ones.

The outdoor area also features a jacuzzi, outdoor sauna and BBQ, along with an outdoor dining table and furniture for relaxing. So enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or unwind under the string lights after a day at the beach!

Back inside, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals.

The spacious and beautifully decorated living/dining room features a large flat-screen TV and streaming services for your entertainment and the dining table seats eight.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, so you can stay connected and get work done if needed. There are two work stations in the house, including a private office, perfect for those working remotely and families with multiple Zoom needs.

There's air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort no matter the season and a washer and dryer available for your laundry needs.

The pool is NOT heated. If you'd like the pool heated, it's $50/day extra.
