Conveniently located in lovely Lake Park, this charming 1954 cottage has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath has plenty of space for friends and family to visit during the winter. The guest cottage has it’s own kitchen, bath and laundry. An extra large screened-in porch is a wonderful 2nd dining area and great for entertaining or quiet mornings watching the birds. The deck, charcoal grill and lounge chairs complete the dining and relaxing picture. A completely fenced in back yard provides a safe playground for your dog or grandchildren. This cottage will surprise you with the many places to be by yourself or gather together. 2 Kitchens! 2 Laundries! 3 televisions! Walk one block to 4 restaurants, walk 15 minutes to the beach or 15 minutes to the shopping mall. Tesla charger in the carport/pergola. All this in a spectacular location!

A very nice rental and great area

We stayed for 4 weeks total. The home was clean, everything you expected to be there was and it's well located to store, restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this property to others.

Fantastic stay at a Fantastic home

My team and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home in Naples during a work-related trip. The cottage’s kitchen was a delightful surprise. It was meticulously stocked with everything we needed to whip up our favorite meals. Right next door, there’s a little food haven—a local treasure trove. The “Lake Park Diner” was great, and “Napoli on the Bay’’ was the cherry on top. Having both at an arm’s length from the house was sublime. Another one of our favorite things was being so close to the beach, a nice spot to chill at after a great day hard at work. Being a group of early birds, coffee is a big part of our mornings. When the coffee machine at the house broke, it was replaced the same day. I can’t begin to say how much that was appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay at a fantastic home. Justin Bennett
