Spacious with great amenities

The condo was a perfect fit for our trip to orlando! We loved how spacious it was for our family of 4. We would definately consider booking again if ever back in the area!

Enjoyed the Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from January 26 - April 17/2024. The condo was very spacious and the large and relatively private balcony provided an exceptional view of the pond and a relaxing environment. The management team was very responsive and courteous whenever we had any questions or concerns. Claudia was especially helpful and pleasant. There are however, a few comments that are a bit on the negative side and are meant solely, as to provide constructive feedback. We found the condo bedrooms to be quite humid. Despite running the air conditioning, the clothes in both the drawers and the closets, along with the bedding, often had a damp feel to them. We purchased a mini-table top dehumidifier for the primary bedroom (the Goofy room) which helped somewhat. Although the mattresses for each of the beds in the primary bedroom were quite good, the foundations did not provide much support and were quite low to the floor. In our opinion, the slats on the foundation were spaced too far apart. The beds in the secondary bedroom (the Mickey room) were quite comfortable (good mattresses and foundations). The sofa in the living room was somewhat uncomfortable as it was too soft and also, was lacking in support. In closing, we wish to reiterate that we enjoyed our near 3-month stay and offer the negative comments for the purpose of constructive feedback. Sincerely, Hugh and Janet
