Excellent

First trip to Nashville. Excellent location, quiet at night but with some eateries around and a Publix supermarket. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you'd need as well as some staples (probably left by previous guests but it's always a bonus). Was perfect for what we needed.

Great location, perfect for a couple.

Everything was great the area the apartment, perfect for 2. Wished there were more instructions in regards to pool and or supposed hot tub. Overall a peaceful weekend place!

Studio was lovely, as described, and in a great location - close to 12 South and convenient to Public, etc. The parking lot was tight, and full, but wouldn’t dissuade me from booking again.

Cute one bedroom efficiency

This is a motel turned into apartments. The property was very clean in a nice neighborhood (Berry Hill) with convenient parking. One big room with a full sized refrigerator and stove. Pull out sofa bed that is really only appropriate far smallish children. Cleaning fee is as much as the rental.
