We booked Parkway Paradise for a Girls trip. The location of property is great with short distance travel to pretty much the whole city! The communication with house owner was impeccable. We will definitely stay at this sweet property again.

Paradise indeed!

This property was incredible! We booked for a family stay and there was plenty of room for all of us, and lots of fun stuff (pool table, games) for the kids to get into. We really appreciated all of the extras that came with the house - snacks, a nice coffee setup, plenty of towels, etc. The host was very responsive. I'd highly recommend this property - the next time we're in Memphis we'll definitely try to book it again.

Thanksgiving family fun

Roomy, spacious , great layout/ setup for large family stay. We really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Unfortunately, the outdoor firepit did not work and we had a few insect issues. Overall we still recommend.

Fantastic Family Weekend

Five star from start to finish! - The location was great. - The house was perfect for our kids, my husband and I and my parents! - Clayton was always quick to respond with answers and guidance. - We were in town for the St. Jude marathon and the house was prime location! Parkway Paradise Christmas Trip

Our family (my husband and I and our 4 grown kids) had a WONDERFUL Memphis Christmas trip. We were pleased with our VRBO rental and would recommend for a max of 4 adults and 2-3 younger kids. The half bath is very, very small and detached from the house in the laundry area and in our opinion should not be depended on as a bathroom option, especially for younger children. The master bedroom and bath is AWESOME!!! The upstairs children’s area is great. The bathroom up there is small…the shower is definitely “child size”, but not a dealbreaker. Living area is a great size for up to 4 adults. Our Host was very attentive, kind, and easy to communicate with.
