The main floor of the townhome features a large living area with comfortable furnishings, a 75" Smart TV, family-friendly games and movies. An open concept floor plan provides easy access to the dining area and kitchen, as well as powder room.

The kitchen features a bar area, stainless appliances, granite counters and a separate dedicated work space. A propane grill is located on the front area of the condo, with access from the kitchen.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The main suite features a king bed, private balcony area, Smart TV and a gorgeous renovated bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities

The second guest bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, shared balcony and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom features two twin beds, a Smart TV, shared balcony and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
