The Hayer House SLEEPS up to 21 people! This luxurious newly renovated, beautiful Victorian mansion, built in 1880 awaits your arrival. It is within 50 yards of the waterfront, restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. The home boasts 8 bedrooms, a game room, breathtaking master retreat, 3 full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, 2 Maytag laundry centers, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous induction range, and much more! We look forward to your reservation!

Whether relaxing in the garden, having a BBQ, cooking a gourmet meal, ordering in, dining out, watching a movie, playing games, arcades, or video games or leaving the property to walk over to the main street or go swimming, fishing or hiking, you'll indeed have tons of fun! Your reservation also includes the use of two kayaks/paddles (require 48-hour notice before check-in (there is a $100 per stay rental fee for use of kayaks), tennis racquets (bring balls), and much more!! All are subject to availability.
