O apto corresponde totalmente ao que está descrito. Visão privilegiada da praia. Limpo, tudo funcionado, perto do que vc precisar. Ótimas praias para conhecer e aproveitar. Recomendo sem dúvidas.

TUDO MUITO BOM

Segunda vez no apartamento, tudo em ordem, o senhor Geremias e os responsáveis locais continuam atenciosos e cumprem com todo que foi prometido. Lugar maravilhoso, perto de tudo que é necessário para férias. A cidade fica em localização estratégica para visitar praias do litoral sul de Pernambuco e as mais badaladas praias de Alagoas. Sem dúvida, voltaria para o local e para o apartamento.

MARAVILHOSO

Simplesmente maravilhoso o lugar.... Desde a ligação até minha chegada ao local, os proprietários super atenciosos, Senhor Geremias e Senhora Marciane. E pessoalmente a senhora Adryele, que muito prestativa resolvia tudo que precisasse. Sobre o apartamento, adorei, tudo perfeito, limpo, com uma vista maravilhosa, escrevendo minuciosamente, ar condicionado gela bem, chuveiro ótimo, televisão pegando perfeitamente, utensílios de cozinha todos úteis e perfeitos. Só os colchões que poderiam ser mais novos, mas como é casa de veraneio, isso é o de menos. Sobre a praia, simplesmente perfeita. Na maré baixa, surge bancos de areia que dá pra você caminhar até longe, tirando lindas fotos. Águas super claras, principalmente próximos aos bancos de areia. Só alguns dias que tinha muitos ouriços do mar, ou cocô de tartarugas marinha. Pois lá é uma área de preservação ambiental. Mas nada que atrapalhe o banho de águas bem quentinhas e lindas conchas pra pegar na areia e guardar... Tudo bem próximo, supermercados, mercadinhos, farmácia, lojas, bancos... etc. TUDO num preço bem em conta, inclusive almoço há 12,00 R$, adorei os caldinhos em frente a porta do prédio por 5,00 R$ (O de Polvo é uma delícia).... e as barraquinhas da noite simplesmente maravilhosas... comi tanto que engordei uns 3 quilos... rsrsrs Creps variando entre 3 a 4 reais, deliciosos. Pastel, cachorro quente, espetinhos de carne maravilhosos. Siiimmm e tem pizzaria também próxima num preço ótimo....os vizinhos gentis, tratando como se morássemos lá... Já me hospedei em hotéis e resorts como salinas, pratagy, muito bons, e posso dizer que o local é super confortável, e não deixa muito a desejar não. Resumindo.... ADOREI os dias que passei, e com certeza espero voltar breve... irei indicar pra qualquer amigo meu que queira curtir com a família.

MARAVILHOSO

Desde o início do contato, quero agradecer aos donos Senhor Geremias e Senhora Maciane, que foram super gentis desde o começo, e sempre atenciosos comigo, atendendo aos telefonemas, e watss. A Senhora Adriely também que foi muito prestativa e atenciosa no local, dando a maior atenção a nossa chegada, estadia, e saida. Sobre o Imóvel, lugar super confortável. Cozinha com todos os itens, banheiro com um chuveiro super grande e quente.... Ar condicionado na sala, gela bem... quarto ainda tem um ventilador super potente... A visão do 12º andar perfeita, com a vista para o mar e para a pracinha como mostra as fotos do próprio site. Sobre a praia, quando a maré está baixa, tem uns bancos de areia que se forma no mar, lindooo, vai até longe.... da pra tirar altas fotos. as águas bem claras e limpas. Quando está cheia, não fica muito funda ou com ondas fortes, somente muitas algas que ficam na água, e alguns ouriços... mesmo assim o verde do mar surpreende de lindo. Sobre a cidade, fica tudo próximo ao prédio em que ficamos, farmácia, supermercado, mercadinho, lojinhas, pizzaria, restaurante com almoço super em conta. A noite as barracas super boas, com preços ótimos, adorei comer toda noite kreps, espetinhos e o caldinho de Polvo, que é maravilhoso. Na praça tem um parquinho lindo pra crianças. As pessoas super educadas, tratavam nós, como se morássemos lá. Enfim, espero poder voltar mais vezes e em breve, pois adorei e indico pra qualquer pessoa.
