Seven Minutes drive to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach and 5 minutes to Mercato with many shopping , entertaining and great dining options.
The home is located in a peaceful gated community right on Vanderbilt beach rd. across from the Ritz Carlton Tiburon Golf resort. Walking distance to grocery stores, a comedy club and few minutes to Seeds to Table.
The community has Pool, Spa, Fitness Room, Barbecue,Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball court.
NOTE : Minimum rental period is 4 consecutive months between December and April. Sorry no pets allowed.
