★ RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIREMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property.

★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and expedited eviction.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.

★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
