410 Mariners Club is a 3-story townhouse and guests have use of the coveted one-car garage to park or keep fishing and dive gear secure when you are not out enjoying all the water activities the Florida Keys have to offer.  A bonus is the enclosed patio which sits ground-level just off the pool for a shaded picnic or reading spot.



The interior decor is sleek and soothing with all new furnishings while the recently remodeled kitchen features updated cabinetry and Bosch stainless appliances and quartz countertops.   



Sleeping arrangements:



Bedroom 1 -The oceanfront master suite is located on the 3rd floor and offers a king bed, a flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, glassed-in patio and a dreamy master ensuite featuring a honeymoon size spa tub, a glassed shower, and his-n-hers vanities.



Bedroom 2 - A guest bedroom is also located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed, flatscreen TV and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath and quartz-topped vanity.



Bedroom 3 – Two single beds in the smallest bedroom which is located on the 2nd floor with a shared, guest bath just a step away.
