The newly renovated, family-friendly home has over 4,600 square feet of living space. This exquisite home is located on a private street, steps away from the beach.

As you enter the beautiful 2nd-row ocean home you see the spacious living room equipped with a smart TV, wet bar with ice maker, wine fridge, mini fridge, and sliding doors that lead to a covered porch. The porch has several sitting areas overlooking the pool, spa, and private backyard. The pool deck has a spacious outdoor cooking area with a built-in gas grill, six chaise lounge chairs, and a picnic table.

The spectacular home has a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen including two new Bosch dishwashers, a large dining room table that seats 10, an additional built-in eating area for 8, and two refrigerators and freezers. This is an ideal location to enjoy Hilton Head Island.

Things to Know

*The total number of vehicles allowed is six, four are allowed in the driveway and two in the garage.
*The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
*The private pool is 14’ X 24’ with a 5’ in diameter spa. Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included. The Pool can be heated for an additional $700/week. Please request pool heat by contacting the host prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.

*4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24 
*7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24

*This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation. Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $26 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. 
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
*Minimum Age requirement 25.
