A private community beach and boat ramp are also available for your use right in the neighborhood.

Inside, continue to enjoy views of the deepwater canal from the spacious living room, lined with charming nautical decorations, comfortable seating, and a large TV. The chef of your family will delight in the gourmet kitchen's stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, center island, and wine chiller. Serve up all of your culinary creations under the warm glow of the chandelier at the formal dining table.

Your haven of peace, the primary bedroom showcases vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, private balcony access, a fantastic walk-in closet, a work desk, and a gleaming en suite bathroom. The spa-like bathroom offers the perfect place to indulge in some self-care amidst the jetted tub, dual sinks, and walk-in shower. The home's additional four bedrooms are just as impressive with their private TVs, ceiling fans, and soft color palettes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
