Beautiful Furnished Lakefront House (3Bd\3.5Br)
The house is available for Medium to Long Term Rentals (3-18 months). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to all the amenities you need. Just minutes away from all of the most popular restaurants and breweries as well as all your shopping needs. TopGOLF and Tanger outlets are less than 5 minutes away. Downtown under 10 minutes and the beach 15-20 minutes.

The house features a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that seats 6. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The bathrooms are clean and have all the amenities you need.
Outside, there is a large deck that overlooks the lake. The deck has plenty of room and is perfect for relaxing. There is also an outdoor hot tub on the deck which you can choose to keep or remove depending on the season! Two of the bedrooms have their own balconies overlooking the lake. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to all the amenities you need.

The hot tub is available during winter and requires 48-72 hours notice to be ready for use.
