About this property

Modern space in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently located less than 30 minutes from the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, MidCity District, Bridge Street Town Centre, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, countless large businesses (including Toyota/Mazda and Polaris), and more. Local dining and shopping are available less than 5 minutes away.

Our stylish home is newly constructed, and serves as a nice quiet retreat or a launch point for tons of area activities. The home is generously equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, high speed internet/wifi (1GB up and down), a smart TV, a large library of family friendly movies, board games, a video game system, and much more!

The area offers many activities including the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, MidCity District (which includes Top Golf, the Orion Amphitheater, and more), local college activities with UAH, Alabama A&M, and Calhoun close by. There are many arts and science museums, the Von Braun Center features great events, concerts, and plays. Or if sports are your jam, you can catch a professional baseball game with the Trash Pandas at Toyota Stadium. There are many outdoor adventures to be had here in north Alabama. Hiking, fishing, biking, water sports, hunting, and just about anything else you can think of.

Incredible Home!!

The house was incredibly clean! Me and my friends enjoyed our stay there very comfortably. To make matters even better, the house was decorated in Christmas decorations! We loved everything about it! Anyone looking for a comfortable stay, this is an incredible spot in an incredible neighborhood! Also, Doug was awesome and very responsive to anything we needed!

Great location, great house

The house was super clean, comfortable, and had all the things you could need while staying there. The hosts are very quick with communication and eager to please. The neighborhood felt safe and is not far from a really nice shopping center with a Publix and many restaurants. We hope to stay here again!

Convenient and quiet.

This great house is in a quiet neighborhood, is very nicely furnished and had plenty of space for us to stretch out. It’s convenient to restaurants and shopping, and the owners are thoughtful and considerate people. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We are a local family who loves spending time together! Doug is in management at a large retailer and homeschools our two wonderful children. Wendy works in IT at a local university. We are extremely social and loving hosting and entertaining. Doug is a man of many talents (including custom decor and home improvement). Wendy enjoys minimalism in the home for maximum R&R. We are excited to host you in our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The neighborhood is conveniently located close to almost everything the area has to offer, but is secluded enough to be quiet. Our neighbors are wonderful and welcoming! We enjoy meeting up with dog-walking neighbors to get our pet-fix.
