Inside, you'll find a living area bursting with artful decor and coastal charm. A well-equipped kitchen featuring bar seating and modern appliances is available for all your culinary adventures. Gather for a home-cooked meal and break out the board games. Outside, a private balcony (complete with a ceiling fan for comfort) is the ideal space for sipping morning coffee or a sunset cocktail while taking in the tranquil surroundings. Or wander down to the shared pool area, where you can indulge in your favorite beach read and lounge poolside all afternoon. After a fun day of excursions, unwind in your comfortable bed to stream your favorite movies and fall asleep listening to the sounds of paradise just outside your door.

This unit requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within 3 days of booking
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Dock details: Boat lift not available for guest use. This is dock only.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
