The Morgan is located down beautiful Fort Morgan! This two bedroom, one bath house is beautifully decorated. With deeded beach access and only a quarter of a mile from the beach, you do have a wonderful view from the front patio! Under the house is a paradise with a grill and wonderful entertaining and seating area to enjoy the breeze! Have an electric vehicle? There is an NEMA 14-50 Receptacle to plug in your EV charger for your convenience!

Walk up the stairs to the front porch and enjoy the views to the south! Walk-in to The Morgan and feel at home with an open concept space. The dining and kitchen area are in front and the living area to the right. The two bedrooms are straight ahead and the bathroom is past the kitchen on the right. The peaceful main bedroom features a queen-size bed and second bedroom has two twin-size beds.

The house is equipped with a NEMA 14-50 receptacle to plug in your EV Charger. *The renter needs to bring their actual charger for whatever vehicle they have.
