About this property

Cozy ranch style home built in 1980. Recently remodeled for updates, while leaving the home charming. The property is equiped with Vivint Security and cameras on premises, including coded entry and a video doorbell. I work quietly from home for a major hospital system, accompanied by two Yorkie. Reese's and Oreo are very energetic and friendly. They may bark and sniff but will never bite. Please be pet friendly!! My highschooler is typically home around 4pm unless at work. We live a simple life and won't bother anyone. You are a welcomed guest in our humble home. Whether you need to be close to a Piedmont Hospital (Fayette), Hartsfield Jackson Internation Airport, FunSpot America, or shopping, we have you covered!! This home is nestled in a quiet but friendly neighborhood where we all look out for eachother. We are in the perfect spot to quickly get to any of the above listed locations. ( 3 - 10 Miles from either)

Why they chose this property

We are in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. I miss the days of all the kids being outside and the parents socializing. They have all grown now so most of us are empty nesters.

What makes this property unique

Most important, we are 3 miles from Fun Spot America. I do not know of any other homes in my neighborhood with rooms to rent by VRBO. My home is in a perfect spot related to interstate access and location. We are surrounded by a few other small towns with plenty to do.
