When you arrive, you will receive a key to the suite and a fob for the building. After the key exchange, you will be able to head up the elevators and to the entrance to you suite. You may park in the underground parking on the P2 level in a dedicated parking spot with EV charging. Elevators will also take you up to the unit from parking.
Enter through the front door using your key and enter your private 1 bedroom condo with scenic downtown and harbour views.
Kitchen is fully equipped with luxury modern appliances, cooking supplies as well as dishes, condiments, a dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave fridge, kettle, and other small appliances. There is beautiful island bar with 4 stools for dining.
Living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of light and fine furnishings. It includes a large chaise sofa, a pull out sleeper ottoman, a 40" flatscreen LED smart TV for all your favourite streaming services (your own guest login required).
There is a dedicated workspace desk included in the hall which is great for business travellers or remote workers.You also have access to your own private patio which has lounge chairs and amazing views of the inner harbour and downtown Victoria.
Bedroom includes a queen bed with a full walk in closet. There is a also a second 40" flatscreen LED smart TV mounted to the wall for entertainment while in your luxurious pillow top bed.
Bathroom includes a modern contemporary design, with a fixed vanity, large mirror, and tub shower. We include high-quality towels and bath amenities when you arrive.
The hallway includes a walk in laundry area with a stacker washer dryer unit. Easy to operate with many cycle features.
The building is part of the Dockside Green community which has fantastic amenities, such as a gorgeous, rooftop patio, fire, bowl, and outdoor kitchens that are shared and there for your enjoyment. There is also a common space that can be booked out for larger gatherings. A fully equipped fitness centre is also at your disposal and included. Also, enjoy the beautiful grounds that will soon include sustainable gardens and relaxing water features throughout the property.
Are the building has exceptional security in place that will keep you and your group feeling safe. Access is also seamless with all doors connected to your access fob. Access to the suite itself, is a separate key that is included on the keychain with the fob.
Parking is accessed from the entry point off of the main road and can be opened using your fob. Head down to the P2 level to find your dedicated parking spot with EV charging. Elevators will take you up to the unit from the parkade.
