Close to campus
The house was ok for our group. It was clean, it just needs a few tweaks such as bigger/more comfortable couches and a better-stocked kitchen.

Fayetteville is beautiful and this homes sits on a great lot in the perfection location if you plan to spend time on or near campus. Shopping and dining is easily accessible but I will say- although it is “walkable” just be aware the street leading to where you may want to eat and shop is extremely steep and NOT an easy walk - we drove and parking was not a problem. The home- nice size- beds were comfortable and water was hot - all 6 woman could easily enjoy a shower and getting ready each morning and still have hot water. Easy communication with host- but this is a newer host so there are some details that are missing: Towels are older and were put away slightly damp (they were crisp vs soft) and we only located 6 towels - but there were multiple washcloths. No bath mats in the bathroom. No paper towels (literally 6 on the roll) in the kitchen. No blow driers. So come prepared. No lamps in the bedrooms and no trash cans in bedrooms The dining table is tiny- like literally yo small for 6 to play games and the sofas and chairs are low quality- not comfortable for sitting and chatting. We did utilize the nice little coffee bar and the washer and drier as we needed to wash towels- worked well. If you plan to use this space and BE in the home for entertainment- it’s not likely the best place - if your trip is designed for sleeping and you plan to be out and about most of the time- then the location and beds are great. Just these small details would improve the overall stay -
