Connecting to Right 'o Way, a green run 70 yards below that will take you directly to the base area and your choice of the Christie Lift, the new Wild Blue gondola, or Steamboat's main gondola.  Affording easy access to the mountain and days of exhilarating fun. Spread over multiple, split levels with dual living areas and kitchens, Heavenly Daze Chalet is the ultimate vacation home with rare access to the Steamboat ski slopes, at the most reasonable price point.  It is a short 5-minute walk to access Steamboat’s new Greenhorn Ranch Ski Learning Center and access to the new Wild Blue Gondola, as well as the Thunderhead Trailhead & Speed Quad Lift. 

Stretching over 5,300 square feet of living space divided over four levels, this comfortably appointed residence boasts multiple living areas and an abundance of space for entertainment. The main level’s great room features multiple seating areas, a stone fireplace framed by a built-in sofa, and access to the wrap-around deck with views of the mountain and valley. Set under vaulted ceilings with a massive two-story wall of widows that brings the majestic mountain scenery right into the living space. Slightly raised above the living area is a dining table that sits adjacent to the large, open, and fully equipped kitchen including island seating and a built-in dinette. A patio door from the kitchen accesses the private outdoor hot tub area.

The large ski prep room has lots of room for a group with hooks, hanging space and cubbies on the middle level of the home where the 2-car garage is located with plenty of hangers outside for skis, boards, and other outdoor equipment. Located on the next, lowest level of the home guests is the family room featuring a comfortable seating area around the wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen television. Other bonuses of this space include a small kitchen with bar seating, a poker table, window reading nook, and separate entry with large mudroom.

Bedding at Heavenly Daze Chalet is abundant with fifteen separate beds in the six bedrooms. Two Queen bedrooms are located on the top level, both include private bathrooms and walk-ins, with a bonus sleeping area between the bedrooms with 2 Twin beds perfect for families. On the middle level are two additional bedrooms including a large primary suite with fireplace, huge walk-in, and 5 pc ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub. The second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed, with direct access to the ¾ guest bath on this level and a sliding door to the hot tub deck. Two additional bedrooms are located off the family room on the lowest level, a Queen bedroom plus a bunk room with four bunks (8 Twins) sharing the level's full bathroom.

Ski access is dependent on snow conditions and resort operations, particularly during early and late season as well as low-snow seasons.

This property has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchen is stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air-conditioning. Cool Colorado summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in bedroom closets.
