About this space
No expenses were spared in the design and world class theming of this eight bedroom luxury property, the largest floorplan available in Storey Lake Resort with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a movie room, and a recreation room accommodating up to 16 guests. The exceptional and one of a kind Avengers recreation room is equipped with four Sonos speakers, an arcade machine (55,000+ games), commercial air hockey table, pool table, two Xbox Series Xs equipped with gamepass ultimate, and two Playstation 5s equipped with PS Plus so your kids and family can play together! Additional theme rooms include Super Martio Kart, Frozen castle with play deck, Star Wars Ahsoka, and a theme Avengers headquarters loft room. Movie room comes with a 4K projector, projector screen, and LED lighting. This room is eqiupped with theater recliners, sectional sofa, 5.1 surround sound ceiling speakers, and a Roku with DisneyPlus subscription. Feel free to bring your own streaming login for endless viewing!

Adult rooms (5) come with premium interior design and furniture while also including a usb a and c combination outlet. All rooms come with a 55+ inch 4K SmartTV. Spectrum streaming service is provided. Kitchen area includes a coffee bar, ninja 3-in-1 grill w/air fryer, Star Wars toaster, gourmet silverware, and gourmet knives set. Infant and Toddler specific dining set is also provided.

Patio area comes with a pool and jacuzzi ($30/night for heated pool) and is euipped with an outdoor grill, patio furniture, a screen-in fence for child safety.

The Hideaway Club
The Hideaway Club is an exclusive “resort style” club for registered guests of Lennar’s Storey Lake Resort Community. This beautifully appointed club boasts the amenities of some of the finest resorts in the world, right in your own backyard. Featuring a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complete with a full-service restaurant, including indoor and patio dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, business center, kids activities center, arcade room, Concierge, Guest Service/Ticket Sales and multiple common areas for gathering with family and friends, there is so much to do under one roof. When you’re ready to step outside, you’ll find our 82,000 sq. ft. pool deck where you will discover so many ways to relax, from floating around your very own zero entry heated lazy river, taking a plunge down the water slide or watching kids play in the interactive splash zone.

Enjoy a tropical drink or a poolside meal as our dedicated staff of servers greet you right at your chair. Also, be sure to enjoy all of the other outdoor amenities the Hideaway Club has to offer including: 1023ft lazy river with a 2 story waterslide, a State-of-the-art Fitness Center, an arcade game room, two regulation size sand volleyball courts, 130,000 gallon heated circle pool, spa, full-service Tiki Bar, daily activities AND sundries stand.

Pool Heating
The pool heaters will not heat the pool to ‘bath’ temperature. The heater will be in operation for 10 hours each day at the same time as the pool pump is running, they do not operate 24 hours per day. For this reason the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat. When you arrive at your home the pool heater will already have been switched on for your arrival but the pool may take 24/48 hours to reach optimum temperature.

PLEASE NOTE that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months may not reach desired temperatures. Note further that the pool/spa can only be heated for $30 per night and needs to be paid upfront (before your arrival).

Guest access
Guests have full access except for the owner's closet and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Guests will also have access to the Hideaway club at no additional cost.

Please note that check-in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.

Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. We have a firm policy on check-in and check-out times. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
