About this property

Newly renovated property! This downstairs studio apt offers private entrance, clean cozy queen bed, even a bed for your dog! Small well behaved dogs are welcome! Enjoy our 46” TV, or relax outside in a chaser lounge. Everything is set for two people. Basic equipped kitchen, air fryer, cups, bowls silverware, microwave.
No hot plate or stove top here. Bathroom is equipped with shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels. This space is centrally located. 5 min Uber to downtown, 8 minute ride to the beach.
We have free parking for 1 vehicle. It’s up front and marked for residents!
We are 420 friendly! There is an ashtray provided, plz be neat! NO cigarette smoking inside. If cigarette smoke is detected (weed and cigs smell different) I will collect a 200-500$ fee. This unit is great for staycationers, business travelers, couple, or friends.
