About this property
North Shore Charmer 4BD
This four-bedroom home is great for any group or family needing a home away from home. We offer a King bedroom with en-suite bath and three other bedrooms with Queen beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The kitchen offers a starting amount of cooking and bakeware to prepare meals!
The memory foam mattresses allow you to have a comfortable night's rest.
30 night minimum. We accepts dogs, but not cats. Read on for details about the non-refundable pet fee and the refundable pet fee.
The space
You will feel welcome right away as you walk up 4 steps to reach the sunny front porch. As you walk in there is an open area with a dining room and the staircase up to the upper bedrooms.
Head to the back of the house for an amazing open-concept living/kitchen area. The kitchen sink faces into the living area so the conversation can keep going as you prepare dinner. The living room offers 2 leather couches that are really comfortable! The back door leads out to the backyard that has seating for 2.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom has a King bed and has an attached private bathroom. This main bedroom offers curtains, blinds, and a big screen TV. The other bedroom on the ground floor has a Queen bed. This bedroom features doors with windows that look into the dining room so there are curtains over this bedroom door. This bedroom features a desk and chair.
Upstairs is two queen bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms offer curtains, blinds, and small TV. One of the upstairs bedrooms offers a work desk and chair. That room has blinds but no curtains.
The dining room table is my favorite place to make a work-from-home area because you can look out the front windows.
This neighborhood has some nice birds that chirp. You can hear them inside. (No chickens or roosters, just wild birds)
Bed Summary: 1 King + 3 Queens
Bathroom Summary: 1 half bathroom accessible via the hallway downstairs, 1 bathroom accessible via the hallway upstairs, 1 bathroom that is in the main King bedroom.
Accessible bathing: We offer a walk-in shower on the main level. Remember though to get into the house, you have to do the 4 front steps.
Guest access
Guests will not have access to the back shed or to the locked closet in the front bedroom.
Other things to note
Check-in is any time between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST. Checkout is at 11:00 AM EST or before.
Free driveway parking for up to one medium-sized car is available 24/7. Parking is in the home's uncovered driveway (the driveway to the left of the home when facing home from street).
We do not offer Cable TV but you can download apps such as DirectTV on the TVs. There is a TV in the main King bedroom, in the living room, and one of the bedroom upstairs.
PETS: We allow dogs only. The pet fee is $150, covers up to 2 dogs, and is non-refundable. Notify us through the message thread if you have a third dog for $50 and we can tell you how to send the money for that. There is a refundable $300 pet fee for any reservation with pets. We do not allow cats due allergies.
The houses are very close together. This house is a great fit for a family or a group of quiet friends. We will not be a good fit for groups that want to stay up late with music. The neighbor actively reports rowdy or suspicious behavior. The front porch and back patio closes at 10 p.m. to allow the neighbor to get some sleep.
We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, even the front porch.
You will need to carry luggage up approximately four stairs to get to the front entrance. Inside the home there are two ground-floor bedrooms but two bedroom are upstairs.
This is a medium-term rental which means we take stays of 30 nights or longer. Many guests are uncertain about their check-out date and we can accommodate that. Book as stay for the longest possible. That will assure you the best price and that no other guest can book. Then if you need to check-out early, give us at least 7 nights notice and we will reduce your stay down to your new check-out date.
Congratulations! You have read everything you need to know about this property in advance of your stay and before deciding whether it is the right place for your group.
