About this property

Newly built 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome off of 2100 N in Lehi. Easy access to the freeway, silicone slopes, Thanksgiving Point, and much more are only 5-10 minutes away. During your stay you have access to the HOA amenities: pool, fitness center, pickle ball courts, and playground. The townhome is less then a 5 minute walk from the clubhouse where the all of the amenities are located. The pool is an outdoor pool and is is only open during the summer.

This beautiful townhome has an updated fully stocked kitchen for you to use and enjoy. The living area features an open to below with a large tv. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an en suite with a large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom located outside of their door. Bedroom 4 is located in the basement and has a double bed. There is an additional bathroom in the basement next to bedroom 4.

There is an additional living area in the basement that has a ping pong table for your use. The in unit washer and dryer is located in the hallway upstairs. There is a 2 car garage for you to use during your stay with storage racks in the garage for any items you would like to store during your stay. Additional parking is found in the front of the townhome in designated parking spots.
