The Space:
Welcome to Bison Acres located just minutes from Downtown Beulah, St. Ambrose Cellars, Lake Michigan, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, snowmobile trails, and so much more! The main cabin at Bison Acres is a contemporary log cabin, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in its bedrooms, with the option to accommodate an additional 2 guests on a pullout sofa. This charming home is nestled on a spacious 9-acre property and features an all-season outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The Cabin is a modern-built log home that features beautiful woodwork throughout the main level open floor plan. It boasts such amenities as a main-level master bedroom with a king-size bed and large closet, a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, smart TV, a spacious bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. The upper-level loft sleeps four guests and has a pack-n-play crib set up for the little ones.
This rental excludes the above garage bunkhouse, garage bathroom, and garage parking. Guest will have to the grill, lawn games like Cornhole, a beach umbrella, and extra fans in the garage through the garage bay door. Guests are welcome to bring their boats, trailers, ATVs, and snowmobiles! We just ask that you be mindful not to tear up our lawn. No garage parking. RVs are also welcome; however, we do not have an outside electrical or water hookup. Firewood is available for purchase on-site via a cashbox system provided by a local vendor.
Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.
- No Pets.
- All events must be preapproved, sign our event agreement, pay a separate event fee, and provide proof of event insurance. Inquired today for more information about our event hosting policy.
- Minimum booking age is 25.
To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. The cost for Safely is $49 for 1-29 nights, $249 for 30-59 nights, $319 for 60-89 nights, and $390 for 90-119 nights. All reservations will initially be charged a $49 Safely Damage Insurance Fee. For stays longer than 29 nights, the additional charges will be processed after booking. All reservations are subject to the guest agreement terms, conditions, and fees.
Guest Access:
This rental EXCLUDES the use of the garage's upper-level loft bunk room and lower-level bathroom. This property features self-check-in. Check-in is permitted between 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. Guest are responsible for having their check-in instruction before arrival. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are provided with a small amount of the basic essentials including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods, a full dish soap dispenser, and full soap dispensers in each bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are not to use the host's inventory of bulk supplies left at the property and should be prepared to supply their own as needed for longer stays.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
•If you used more than 2 shower towels, hand towels, or washcloths per person we ask that you wash, dry, and put the excess away before checking out. (If applicable.)
•Dispose of all food. No food or beverages are to be left inside the property.
•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link. Please take the trash to the road if your stay falls on or within 48 hours of trash day.
•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)
•All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away. Dirty dishes may result in a $100 additional guest cleaning fee.
•Turn off all lights.
•Lock the door.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have this entire property to themselves. "The Shed" is not rented separately. Rental Management One is available to assist via email, phone, or directly through Airbnb messages. Detailed contact information will be provided with the check-in instructions.
