About this property

Private guest suite with comfy king bed, workstation, kitchenette, + steps to pickleball + park. Sip your morning coffee on the back deck or take a walk around the lake before exploring Denver!

Less than 15 mins downtown, 5 minutes to S Broadway, 20 mins to Red Rocks, easy mnt access.

Guest suite is 100% private space inside, perfect for 1 or 2 people. Please note it is attached to the main house with a shared wall, so although we won’t see each other you might hear small noises on occasion.

All the best Vietnamese and Mexican food are in the neighborhood (I lived in both of these countries so it's the real deal here!) Not to mention the lake and park with pickleball (paddles in the suite for your use!) and tennis are steps away to enjoy. Levitt Pavilion and their free summer concert series, Overland Golf Course, and Ruby Hill for sledding in the winter are all minutes away. You can easily grab a rideshare to S Broadway or downtown for lots of fun on a night out. I'll often be available if you need something (always a message away for recommendations) - but give guests privacy.
