This high-floor Full bed Premier Room with large patio is one of our most wildly exclusive offerings. The living area is fitted with a futon that comfortably fits one additional guest. Oversized windows equipped with remote-operated shades allow natural light to flood into the apartment. The private outdoor patio with primary views of the Long Island City & Astoria, as well as the Empire State Building & Manhattan’s Upper East Side, & has room enough to fit thirty guests. The full sized bed folds up to allow a seamless transition to a room designed for hosting. If you would like to book this space for an event, please contact us directly to set this up.

The amenities are endless: take a bath with an iconic rain-shower head and slip into a deliciously soft logo-stitched robe and slippers combination. A flat screen television with endless streaming options, fully equipped kitchenette, high-speed WiFi, safety deposit box, and bergamot bath assortments make this one of our most luxe accommodations.

**Note** no quantity of guests over 6 people at a time are allowed in this room type, otherwise it is charged as $350 per hour event rental + cleaning charge.

Why they chose this property

The quick access to Manhattan and other parts of New York City is one of the biggest draws of the neighborhood. We are a 2 minute walk from the 39th-Ave subway station (N,W trains) which get you to Central Park in less than 10 minutes, and Times Square in 12 minutes.

What makes this property unique

We are a small-business owned and operated by a family! My mom and I did all the interior design in the building, and my father is our engineer/handyman. Our rooms are abnormally huge for NYC (the city tends to have extremely small hotel rooms), plus we have an art gallery onsite, with art displayed from local artists. A lot of love went into the boutique hotel, so we can't wait for you to feel it when you visit!
