Comfortable home

This home is large and accommodated us well. We were looking forward to the hot tub and were very disappointed to find that there was none, as advertised. The neighborhood felt safe, the kitchen is large and the bedrooms/bedding were comfortable. The master bathroom smelled of tobacco, so much so that we had to leave the fan on the entire time we stayed there. This was supposed to be a non-smoking location, so there's that. However, our host was great, kind and responsive.

Family gathering

We came to Phoenix for our parents 80th birthday.. so we were all adults. This place worked out perfectly for us. It was centrally located. Had a number of good grocery stores nearby. The space is an open concept, so easy to gather and talk. They have a small patio in back where a small group could sit and chat. A few outdoor games would have been nice. For the price this was a great deal..
